I grew up surrounded by wellness—raised by a mother rooted in spiritual practice and supported by a community of friends who hold a conscious and healing space for others every day.

That foundation inspires the products and services I create to help you, as a wellness professional, build a business that feels as nourishing and sustainable as the work you offer.

I created TONE to help you navigate the online space without getting swept up in the hustle, pressure, and high-functioning anxiety that runs rampant in the bananas online space.

My purpose is to support and empower you with online tools that make showing up and consistent communication feel easy and fun to effectively grow a vibrant client base.

So what's my street cred?

My experience spans two decades. I began in the publishing world as an editorial designer, then a chance meeting with a talent broker at a yoga class in NYC led me into the ad agency world—where I worked as an art director on marketing campaigns for brands such as Mastercard, Khols, and Vera Wang.

Ultimately, I sought more purpose and autonomy, which led me to pivot to freelance strategy consulting and website design.

Which brings me here.
